1. Conditions for exchanging/returning products:

The product does not match the color, design, or size of the order.

Technical error due to manufacturer.

Exchanged products must be new, intact, not torn or cracked, and have no signs of being washed or used.

The product must still have all stamps, labels, warranty card and purchase invoice.

The exchanged product is still within the return period.

Applicable to products purchased online (website, Facebook) and directly at the springwebconsultancy.com showroom, we do not support orders purchased at other locations.

Not applicable to products in other promotions and liquidation products.

Customers can only return the product on the condition that springwebconsultancy.com does not have another product of the same type (color, design, size) to replace.

2. Time limit for exchanging/returning products:

Product exchange period: 10 days for customers who buy online and 7 days for customers who buy directly at the store from the date the customer receives the goods.

Product return period: 07 days for customers who buy online and 3 days for customers who buy directly at the store from the date the customer receives the goods.

If the above time limit is exceeded, we will not accept product exchanges/returns for any reason.

3. Time limit for returning products to customers

For customers buying online:

Immediately after receiving your exchange/return product, we will evaluate the product and notify the customer of the results and solution for exchange/return within 3 to 5 days.

For customers buying directly at the store:

Customers bring the product that needs to be exchanged/returned directly to the store on the invoice, the store staff will check the product status and provide a solution right at the store. Staff at the store will give specific advice to help customers choose the best option.

4. Method of exchanging/returning products:

Products can only be exchanged/returned once

Please go directly to the springwebconsultancy.com store listed on your purchase invoice.

For customers in other areas, please call Hotline directly +47 291 72 581 or send a request to email [email protected]. After receiving a response email confirming approval from springwebconsultancy.com, you package the product with all accessories, invoice, warranty card, … and send it to 1300 Grant Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19806.

5. Refund form:

5.1 In case of product exchange

If the customer wants to exchange for another product whose price is higher than the exchanged product, the customer must compensate the additional amount and if it is lower, the difference will not be refunded.

In case customers buy online:

springwebconsultancy.com will bear 100% of the shipping fee for the customer if the exchanged product fully meets the conditions stated in Section 1 (conditions for exchanging/returning products).

In case the customer has paid online for the first product, the difference will be paid for the exchanged product (if any) by bank transfer.

The time to receive new goods is no later than 7 days from the date springwebconsultancy.com receives the product to be exchanged.

In case customers buy directly at the store

If the product is not defective but the customer still requests to exchange it, the customer will be charged a fee of 10% of the total invoice.

Customers who have paid for the first product will pay the difference for the exchanged product (if any) in cash.

5.2 In case of product return:

100% refund will be given if springwebconsultancy.com does not have another product to replace and the product must meet the conditions stated in Section 1.

springwebconsultancy.com will bear all shipping costs during the product return process.

In case the customer has paid online, the refund will be received no later than 30 days from the date springwebconsultancy.com receives the returned product.

Note: springwebconsultancy.com encourages customers to take photos of the product before exchanging/returning goods. Keeping the product will help customers as evidence if problems arise during the return process.
